Starbuck Middle School is located on Racine's west side at 1516 Ohio Street. Starbuck was named after Racine publisher Frank R. Starbuck. It opened as a junior high school in 1968. Currently a middle school, the school serves 850 students in sixth, seventh and eighth grades. Most summers, students also attend summer school classes at Starbuck. In addition to its regular education population, Starbuck also houses a number of special education classes.

Starbuck continues its proud tradition of offering quality education programs to Racine families and their middle schoolers.
